RMB Namibia is recruiting a Management Accountant (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • The purpose of this role is to provide monthly statutory, regulatory and management reporting for RMB Namibia
  • Additional Requirements:

Duties
  • Accurate, timely, insightful analysis and management reporting to inform business decisions. This will include to engage with business to understand performance always be alert for ways to enhance and improve processes around reporting
  • Ensure accuracy, validity and completeness of all statutory reporting. Compile the FAS pack as well as to ensure that data reconciles with regulatory reports
  • Compile the forecast and budget per business unit and assist with budget presentation to internal stakeholders
  • Build professional working relationships with key stakeholders, displaying sound abilities to communicate at all levels
  • Integrate opinions and information provided by various sources
  • Find opportunities to leverage relationships and promote knowledge sharing
Requisites
  • Minimum of Bachelor of Accounting Sciences and completed articles signed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting/auditing role, preferably in a financial services environment
