• Purpose of the position:
• The primary purpose of this position is to assist road users in completing relevant documentation, ensure correct levies are paid for relevant vehicles, receive and verify payment and to provide a service to road users

Duties

• Verify the information on Cross Border Charges (CBC) application forms for CBC and Mass Distance Charges (MDC) (foreign registered vehicles) customers
• Provide foreign registered road users with information on RFA payments and procedures
• Issue CBC permits to foreign registered road users as per RFA policy and procedures
• Perform cash up and reconciliation procedures with Supervisor
• Customer service

Requisites

• Qualification Requirements:
• Grade 12 (with a minimum of 20 points)
• Experience and Special Knowledge Requirements:
• Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience
• Customer service, logistics and transport will be an advantage
• Good numerical and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Honesty and integrity
