Coca Cola is recruiting a Manufacturing Manager (m/f), to be based in Oshakati, Namibia.
Duties
- Develop plant business and implementation plans to ensure that customer service and productivity objectives of the Region and CCBA are met
- Formulate & manage budget /cost
- Manage the manufacturing aspects of operational execution including asset care, flow of materials, production and all supporting operations
- Formulate and execute demand plans
- Manage working capital
- Ensure optimum infrastructure capacity and efficiency
- Manage staff
- Manage projects
- Manage factory assets
- Maintain the company’s quality systems and processes (TCCQS NOSA & HACCP)
- Manage Engineering
- Manage Production
- Manage SHEQ
- Lead the implementation and management of the Supply Chain Way
- Lead the Risk Management and Business Governance processes within the plant
- Capacity Planning
- Upgrade/ Installation and Commissioning of new Manufacturing equipment ( Production Lines)
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree: BSc in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the Bottling or food processing industry, five (5) years’ of which in a manufacturing management role
- Excellent analytical, planning & organizing skills
- Proven track record of successful capacity planning and implementation of same showing evidence of increased efficiency and output
- Evidence of leading the successful upgrade of infrastructure and the upgrade of current/commissioning of new manufacturing Equipment (Production Lines)
- Proven track record of Safety, Health & Quality Management results
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
