- Are you passionate about driving creativity and leading innovative solutions in a dynamic financial environment? Access Bank Namibia is looking for a Team Lead - Innovation & Strategy to champion the development of cutting-edge products and services that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Duties
- Lead the innovation team in identifying and developing new product ideas and process improvements
- Collaborate across departments to integrate innovative solutions into core
banking operations
- Develop and implement a roadmap for innovation, focusing on technology,
customer-centric solutions, and operational efficiency
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to encourage creative
thinking and problem-solving within the organization
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Ensure that all innovation projects are aligned with the bank’s goals and deliver measurable business value
- Conduct data analytics and incorporate user feedback for a Data-Driven Decision making on innovation process
Requisites
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering, graphic design or related fields
- A Master’s degree in Innovation, technology, or related field will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in innovation, product development, or a
related field
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in developing and
implementing innovative solutions
- Namibian citizen or permanent residence
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and market trends
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record in driving successful innovation projects from concept to implementation
