Team Member – Global Transactional Services

Description

• Job grade: C2 (Patterson grading)
• Drive revenue and balance sheet growth by developing and maintaining customer relationships, offering value-added financial products, and minimizing costs and risks to the bank. The focus will be on collectors/billers to meet set targets by designing solutions to increase collection volumes

Duties

• Implement a collections strategy to achieve targets and boost market share
• Generate revenue through cash management, collections and associated services
• Implement collections strategies for utility companies and subscription service providers
• Collaborate with the Public Sector Head to grow revenues and balance sheet
• Attain market share targets for remittances and collections

Requisites

• A Bachelors degree in Sales, Information Systems/Digital/Tech
• Professional certification is an added advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
• Must be Namibian
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective collection strategies
• Proven ability to maintain and grow relationships with key clients and government entities
• Expertise in driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and collections
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and implement strategies for market share growth and revenue collection
• Creative in finding solutions to optimize collections and reduce risk
• Self starter
