Description
- To provide excellent customer service as well as effective administrative support to the clients of Sanlam Namibia Unit Trust
 
Duties
- Processing of repurchases instructions daily on AWD System
 
- Manual screening of repurchases instructions prior to processing
 
- Static update of the client information/ data that have changed
 
- Capturing/ processing of switches instructions daily
 
- DRA tool high risk rating changes
 
- Data Governance - clean up of incorrect captured data
 
Requisites
- Qualification and Experience:
 
- Grade 12 certificate
 
- Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
 
- Prior working experience in client service administration will be an added advantage
 
- Knowledge and Skills:
 
- Customer Service
 
- Administration
 
- Quality, compliance and accreditation
 
- Team support
 
- Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written). An additional local Namibian language will be a competitive advantage
 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
