NWR is recruiting a Manager: Training, Organisational Development and Wellness, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • This role will report to the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) and the job incumbent is responsible for providing designing and implementing the new learnings and organizational development (OD) strategies, staff planning and succession programs that are aligned with the business objectives
  • The job incumbent will be expected to collaborate with other Departments to effectively assess the staff training needs, facilitates the job evaluation and grading practices, plan and review of employee's performance, design and implement wellness programs to promote employee's mental health and psycho-social support interventions to enhance the overall organizational performance and productivity

Requisites
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management I Business Administration majoring in OrganisationalDevelopment or Industrial Psychology, at NQF level 7
  • At least have five (5) years of work experience in a Human Capital Planning, Training and Organisational Development and Wellness environment, of which 3 years should have been served at supervisory level
  • Valid driver's license (Code B)
  • Understanding of workforce planning and talent development trends in the markets
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of change management process
  • Training design and presentation/ facilitation skills
  • Understanding of change management processes and cultural diversity
  • Emotionally mature and culture sensitivity
  • High level of personal integrity and work ethics
  • Strong interpersonal skills
