Description
- To lead the design and implementation of key Organizational Development and Change Management initiatives that drive business transformation and enhance organizational performance
Duties
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Organizational Development strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and goals
- Lead the development and execution of talent management programs
- Facilitate change management processes
- Manage the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments and other diagnostic tools
- Coordinate and implement the annual Workforce Plan process
- Plan and compile the annual Affirmative Action report, including understudy planning
- Lead the job analysis and job description process
- Facilitate job grading and benchmarking processes
- Lead the graduates and apprenticeship recruitment and development processes
- Manage and coordinate bursary and employee self-study programme
- Drive effective talent assessment, development and review processes across the organisation
- Proactively coordinate and initiate the annual performance management agreement process in line with the organization timelines
- Design and implement onboarding and new employee induction process that effectively embed Swakop Uranium’s corporate culture and core values
Requisites
- Bachelor’s or BTech degree in Industrial Psychology, or related Social Sciences
- Postgraduate qualification in Industrial Psychology or Organizational Development will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in Organisational Development, with at least three (3) years at a Supervisory or idle management level
- Professional certification in psychometric assessments or related tools will be an added advantage
- Certification in Change Management, will be an added advantage
- Valid Code B/BE Driver’s License
