Capricorn Group is recruiting a Cyber Risk Manager (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- This role is responsible for activities relating to managing of Cyber Risk for Capricorn Group
- Assisting the CISO in the delivering the Cyber Resilience Program relating to cyber risk management activities
- Implementation and maintenance of cyber risk management and maturity frameworks
- Maintaining and monitoring the group’s cyber maturity posture
- Maintaining the cyber principal risk profile
- Conducting cyber risk and maturity assessments
- Facilitating and coordinating the remediation of non-compliance from a cyber risk perspective
- Primary engagement with business areas relating to compliance with Group security policies and standards
Requisites
- B. Com / B.Sc. Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, risk management or equivalent 3 year degree
- CISM, CISA CISSP preferred
- Experience/Knowledge & Skills
- 4 years’ experience in cyber risk management
- Working knowledge of information security standards including PCI-DSS & SWIFT CSP
- Working knowledge of information security frameworks
- Working knowledge of cyber risk management and maturity frameworks
