Problem sending an application via e-mail

If after submitting your application via email you receive an automatic responses indicating that an error has occurred.
The problem can be due to the the following reasons:

  • Recipient's mailbox exceeded the available space limit
  • The recipient's email server is congested due to the large number of applications
  • Email address is incorrect

In order to solve the issue you can try one of the following:

  • Try to reduce the size of documents attached to the e-mail (CV, References, Certificates, etc.) and try sending again
  • Let the employer know about the issue via phone and try to find an alternate email address
  • Let us know about the issue via our email address (info@working.co.na) or use the error report form that is on the vacancy and include your email address so we can respond back to you
