Standard Bank is recruiting a Manager, Card Issuing (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To effectively translate the Card Business Purpose Statement through the
following initiative: Value proposition creation, Pricing Strategy, Distribution Strategy, Limit Strategy, Usage Strategy, Acquisition Strategy, Risk Appetite, Service Proposition, Risk and Governance , Industry scanning, Regulatory requirements, Business Innovation
Requisites
- Degree equivalent to NQF level 7
- Product Management experience\Development in a Financial
- Services\Products environment, (of which 3 years in a Managerial
position): up to 3 years essential
- Specific Card Industry experience: strongly recommended with Card industry knowledge
- Minimum years of experience: three years in the Financial Services
- industry, with preference given to the Card Industry
- Managerial experience is critical: of People and Processes
- Working knowledge of legislation/compliance
- Banking and Card systems and operations
- Knowledge of Credit Scorecards
- Knowledge of MasterCard/Visa Associations
- Principles of Sales and Marketing
