Requisites
- Must be a Namibian citizen
- A provisional acceptance letter from an accredited Tertiary Institution (the successful candidates must comply with the entry requirements of the University offering the programmes above)
- The accredited institution must offer the academic learning in line with STCW requirements
- Current First and Second year students are encouraged to apply
