Sanlam is recruiting an Administration Specialist (Affluent Sales Support) (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
  • The main purpose of the position is to provide after sales service support to the Brokers and Financial Advisors.
  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Capture, process and authorise policy amendments
  • Handling of intermediary enquiries and requests professionally and in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent after sales service to brokers and financial advisors
  • Any administrative support as requires by management
  • Effective administrating of workflow process and arrangements
  • Detection, reporting and follow-up on system and process-related matters
  • Process and finalize instructions and queries within service level agreement
Requisites
  • Grade 12
  • A tertiary qualification in the relevant field will be an added advantage
  • 2 to 3 years related experience
  • Experience in the long term insurance industry will be an added advantage
  • Additional Requirement:
  • A further tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
  • Long term insurance industry and/or after-sales service will be an added advantage
