Wilderness is recruiting an Airport Representative, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Wilderness Namibia is looking for a vibrant individual who will provide a guaranteed airport Meet & Greet and Welcome/Hosting Service at our Airport Lounge at Hosea Kutako International Airport
Duties
- Provide a welcoming & hosting service to guests arriving off international flights, road transfers or who are in transit between international and domestic flights
- Assisting guests with their needs at the airport, e.g. car hire, foreign exchange, sim cards, excess luggage etc
- Liaison with our Third-party service providers interfacing directly with the guests arriving/departing at the airport
- Applicant will work shifts (early & late) and/or public holidays/weekends
- Assist with transfer scheduling
- Assist consultants on emergency phone during shift hours
- Liaison with Airlines and Airports company
- Problem solving and communication skills
- General administration work
Requisites
- Diploma or a minimum of 2 years working experience in Travel and Tourism in Namibia is an advantage
- Good understanding of the Namibian tourism industry
- Excellent communication skills with English as first language (Any additional)
- Valid driver’s License
- Results orientated, friendly, courteous, well-spoken and proactive team player
- Good computer literacy levels specifically in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of the Wilderness Window, Tour plan & Wish would be an advantage
- Namibian Citizen
