Alternative Channel Product Analyst


FNB Namibia is recruiting an Alternative Channel Product Analyst, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
  • To provide insights, input and analysis into product pricing, revenues, costs and account profitability on products offered to grow market share profitability
  • Analyse and understand FNB value propositions (pricing, rewards, product features) relative to the competition, and understand the cash ecosystem, in both retail and commercial segments
  • Manage product lifecycle, measure product profitability and enhance product features to drive market share growth, be knowledgeable in modeling and forecasting for sales, and develop actionable plans to reach targets with continuous tracking
  • Develop leads through data insights and create sales toolkits to optimize and support sales pipelines
  • Develop, maintain, and own processes related to Alternative Channels support, and compile financial reports that adhere to financial reporting guidelines as set out by FirstRand
  • Engage Marketing for Alternative Channels campaigns and sales initiatives, and provide operational support to ensure annual price reviews and pricing systems are implemented and executed effectively
  • Certificate or diploma in data analytics, research and product development
  • 3-5 years in a similar environment of which 1-2 years ideally at a product support position
