Description
- The purpose of this position is to ensure area sales are maximised by rendering quality services to customers and ensure safe and effective
operation of the Keetmanshoop branch, which includes distributions, operations and general management of the site and staff
- This position will be reporting to the Retail and Agents Sales Manager with a dotted line to the Operations Manager
Duties
- Secure Sales and ensure profitability
- Equipment management
- Inventory Management
- Month end reporting
- Scheduling, execution and review
- Site Landlord duties
- Managing costs
- Overseeing production
- Risk management
- Site Landlord
- Agent management in the South
- Contractor management
- Driver management
Requisites
- Matric Certificate with at least 23 points
- At least 3-5 years' relevant/applied experience in Sales and Operations
- A further relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
- The incumbent must have a valid drivers' license
