Agri bank is recruiting a Branch Administrator (m/f), to be based in Oshakati, Namibia.
  • Agribank specializes in financing the entire value chain from land acquisition, production inputs, harvesting, transporting, processing and marketing of the products at competitive interest rates

  • Purpose of the Position:To provide support to the branch staffs and manager by performing clerical and administrative tasks as well as supervising and coordinating other support functions for the branch to function efficiently
  • Front Office, including Reception Duties
  • General Office Administration (i.e. enquiries, secretarial services, database management and archiving)
  • Travel Arrangements and Procurement
  • Events Organizing and Co-ordination
  • Meeting Minute taking and Planning
  • Typing of Letters and related correspondences
  • Administrative support to Branch Staff
  • Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements
  • Diploma in Secretarial, Office Management or Administration
  • 3 years’ work experience after qualifying, with at least 1 year in clerical or secretarial roles
  • Computer literacy (MS Word,Excel,Outlook), Energetic and presentable
