Agra is recruiting a Branch Manager, to be based in Maltahöhe, Namibia.
Description
  • The successful incumbent will be based in Maltahöhe.
Duties
  • Takes ultimate responsibility for all aspects of branch management
  • Accountable for sales, gross profit and net profit
  • Responsible for management of stock: availability, short and excess stock
  • Controls costs (general expenses)
  • Manages clients and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Ensures effective and efficient people management and development
  • Responsible for the branch (shopping experience, staff development, facility management etc.)
  • Minimises debtors’ days outstanding
  • Effectively manages specials and promotions
Requisites
  • Qualifications & Attributes:
  • Namibian citizenship
  • A Grade 12 Certificate
  • Computer literate
  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ Management experience in the Retail or FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Must have a valid Code B Driver’s License
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively
  • Must have a passion for the brand and customer
  • Basic business acumen
