Namibia Dairies is recruiting a Business Analyst & IT Technical Support (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • The incumbent is responsible for the preparation of business cases, feasibility and decision papers for all capital investments, analyze business performance, drive process improvement, successfully manage financial related projects and serve as the technical support for Namibia Dairies business information systems, in order to ensure solutions meet business needs, thereby delivering maximum returns in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
Duties
  • Perform Business performance analysis (current and new) and report on variances
  • Provide input into decision making utilizing valid and diverse intelligence/sources of data
  • Lead Project Management & Implementation
  • Analyze and validate business needs of stakeholders
  • Swift response/adaption to changes, updates and deviations
  • Drive Capital and administrative projects inclusive of financial metrics
  • Manage Project related Risk Management
  • Manage Compliance in area of responsibility
  • Assist with Annual Budgets and Forecasts
  • Analyze, evaluate and drive improvement of current business processes
  • Lead overall Technical SAP and IT support functions
  • Provide guidance on IT functionality and training where necessary
  • Keep abreast of the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Requisites
  • B Degree in Management Accounting/Financial Accounting with 6-8 years’ experience in participating, managing and implementing business analysis and projects.
  • Articles and/or audit experience will be an advantage
  • SAP Experience
  • Excel advanced for model building
  • SQL & Tableau experience will be an advantage
