Old Mutual is recruiting a Business Development Consultant (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Develop and maintain optimum relationships with brokers
- Continuous improvement to ensure efficient service delivery
- Grow gross written premium in line with budget expectations
- Manage Broker Portfolio Loss Ratios, Financials and Priority Renewals
- Identification and execution of sales initiatives
- Execute broker engagements and new business quotations
Requisites
- Namibian Citizen
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 credits
- Relevant Insurance qualification
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (will be of advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years short-term insurance experience (commercial experience recommended)
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience recommended
- Excellent communicating and interpersonal skills
- Negotiating skills
