Description

• The purpose of this position is to ensure that supply chain management initiatives are implemented and managed with regard to procurement activities
• This position will be reporting to the Purchasing Manager Region Africa

Duties

• Ensure compliance with the Procurement Policy
• Accurately convert Purchase Requisition into Purchase Orders
• Follow up on Purchase Confirmations with suppliers and transporters
• Maintaining and administering the item master
• Maintaining and administering vendor details and contracts

Requisites

• Matric Certificate with at least 23 points
• At least 3 years of relevant/applied experience
• Must be computer literate
• A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or a relevant degree will be an added advantage
• SAP knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
• Skills:
• Good Communication Skills
• Attention to detail
• Organized
• Emotional Intelligence
• Good administration skills
