Channel Fulfillment Administrator

Description

• To ensure the promotion of all Digital Banking solutions, along with core FNB Group products in order to increase market share through the provision of effective and efficient client fulfilment and service

Duties

• Investigate and validate information to ensure appropriate course of action is taken within guided timelines
• Action and follow processes within the appropriate timelines
• Innovate and improve new process to ensure best class service experience
• Working cohesively with other team members to achieve departmental goals

Requisites

• Have a certificate or Diploma in B Comm, or related fields
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist level
