Santam is recruiting a Client Service Consultant, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- A position has become available for a Claims Service Consultant in the Santam Namibia Claims Services department
- This position will be based in Windhoek, Namibia
Duties
- Register new claims received
- Ensure that claims are complete / all documents required is received from clients
- Confirm premium and cover
- Verify critical documentation and ensure it is clearly uploaded on the system
- Ensure that estimates and claim cause code is correct
- Determine the correct assessing branch and referral of the claim
- To conclude all the administration functions that is involved on the claim
- Arrangement of car rental for clients
- Ensure that claim payments are processed timeously
Requisites
- Pass mark in Grade 12 or Equivalent
- Computer Literate (Intermediate to Advance knowledge of MS Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- 3 years’ experience in short term insurance claims environment will be an advantage
- Namibian citizenship
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans
