Clerk: Ordering


Bokomo is recruiting a Clerk: Ordering, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
  • Clerk: Ordering will be responsible for the Daily execution of order capturing objectives in line with agreed sales standards and service levels
  • Execute sales objectives against agreed standards
  • Accurate and timeous sales order capture and administration
  • EDI orders to be checked, processed and verified
  • Escalate problems immediately to Manager: Sales Operations
  • Verification of Pricing, Deals and Blocking of Orders
  • Communicate pricing issues to relevant Key Account parties and follow up on resolution before cut off that same day
  • Responsible to close all open orders after invoicing
  • Follow up on Orders
  • Verification of Control Sheet and Orders processed
  • Handling of customer queries
  • Support receptionist when and where required
  • Support Sales administrator when and where required
  • Work in close co-operation with Key Accounts, Field Sales, Planning & Replenishment and Demand Chain Departments to ensure high customer service levels
  • A valid Grade 12
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in Administration or Order Capturing in the FMCG environment
  • Good communications skills
  • Computer literate
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage
