Sanlam is recruiting a Client Service Advisor (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Ensures that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner and provides a high level of service to promote the organisation’s products and services. The incumbent has basic product knowledge and may be responsible for marketing the organisation’s products and cross-selling them in an effective manner. The incumbent may provide the service internally or externally
Requisites
- Grade 12 or Equivalent tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2-year relevant experience in a client service environment will be an added advantage
- Experience in the life insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Absolute proficiency in English
- One local language will be an added advantage
