Old Mutual is recruiting a Client Service Consultant, to be based in Ondangwa, Namibia.
Duties
- Providing quality service and client care
- Providing product and portfolio information to Customers
- Processing benefit payments and policy amendments on customers portfolio
- Handling all general queries
- Administering client information
- Performing general office functions
- Retain business and identify possible sales leads
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts
- Living the company values
Requisites
- Namibian citizenship
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points
- Know Old Mutual Values
- A tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Approximately 1 – 2 years customer experience
- Experience in the local vernacular will be an added benefit
- Ability to multi-task, solid administrative skills, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Customer focus and the ability to work with different personality types
- Well organised, attention to detail and a self-starter
- Excellent client-care skills
- Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint are essential
- Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image
