Sanlam is recruiting a Client Service Consultant (Unit Trust) (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Handling of client enquiries and timorously within the service level agreement
- Managing the call center by handling incoming calls
- Update daily prices on unit trust systems
Requisites
- Grade 12 certificate
- A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years' working experience in client service administration
- Preference will be given to individuals with knowledge in the unit trust industry
