GIPF is recruiting a Client Services Consultant, to be based in Oshakati, Namibia.
  • To provide support, information and problem-solving services to clients
  • Key Performance Areas:
  • Deal with complaints of members/pensioners dependents
  • Provide general information services
  • Ensure that client complaints are handled and effective feedback is established
  • Provide documentation assistance services
  • Pre-verity claims/documents received and transit them for further processing
  • Receive and register documents
  • Provide client after care service
  • Assist various units doing processing work such as annuities, death claims etc.
  • Perform data updates
  • Biometrics enrolments and verification
  • Member education and data integrity
  • Miscellaneous tasks
  • Innovation and personal development
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or Marketing from a recognized Institution
  • Three (3) years’ experience working experience in a Retirement Fund Industry of which one (1) year is in a client services role
  • The incumbent should have the following knowledge, skills and Attributes:
  • Knowledge of:
  • Pension fund rules, regulations, policies and procedures; Records Management; Fraudulent documents; different cultures and languages
  • Skills:
  • Computer literacy; administration skills; filling; interpersonal skills; listening, verbal communication; problem solving; checking and verification, numeric, prioritizing query resolution and customer user service
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Accountable; team orientated; accurate, attention to detail, helpful, service oriented, high stress tolerance, patient, sense of urgent, and integrity
