O&L Leisure is recruiting a Commercial Manager (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage a breakthrough Marketing & Sales Strategy for O&L Leisure to drive sustainable growth and profitability across the whole O&L Leisure portfolio
- Brand and Sales Strategy Development and Execution
- Identify and define key target customer segments for the O&L Leisure portfolio
- Lead and manage all relevant cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful development and implementation of projects
- Strategy Implementation and Budget Control
- Translate the Sales & Marketing Strategy into measurable, effective, and robust plans for execution
- Lead, coach and develop reporting teams
Requisites
- Post Graduate Degree in Sales/Marketing
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience of which at least 5 years must have been at senior managerial level
- Preferred Advantageous:
- Prior work experience within the Hospitality and Tourism Industry
- International industry specific experience
