FNB Namibia is recruiting a Commercial Relationship Manager, to be based in Otjiwarongo, Namibia.
Description
- To manage and grow a portfolio of mid revenue generating clients through identifying and promoting new business with a focus on growth, retention and service in order to generate the highest return on capital employed by managing a portfolio between 10-60 million
Duties
- Identify and utilise opportunities for asset growth to achieve the Net Income Return for the Business as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the Business
- Define and implement an operational sales portfolio growth strategy in area of responsibility
- Keep accurate records of credit proposals and expired limits
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
- Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers
Requisites
- Relevant Business or Commerce Degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar environment of which 2-3 ideally on junior management level
