- Osino Resources is a Canadian-listed gold exploration and development company focused on progressing our exciting Twin Hills Gold Project to mine construction
- Twin Hills is located near Karibib in central Namibia and is in the project financing stage. Initial site works are expected to commence late in 2023 and full construction in 2024
- To help shape and lead the Twin Hills Gold Project construction, Osino is offering the following unique opportunities to suitably qualified industry experts
Duties
- Based in Windhoek, the Country Manager will report to Osino’s CEO. Working closely with the Project Director and the GM Finance & Logistics, he/she will grow and lead the Osino team to be ready to run the Twin Hills project postconstruction
- Through effective leadership and management all non-project related activities, this position provides logistical and management support to the Project team
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial discipline
- Minimum 10 - 15 years corporate mining experience in Namibia
- Management of all non-project related activities, in particular building the team and infrastructure necessary to take over the running of the mine after construction
- Maintaining and growing strong stakeholder relationships
- Implementing and ensuring “best practice’, regulatory and governance compliance, systems and supporting policies and procedures
- Good communication skills in English and preferably additional Namibian languages
- Must be a natural leader and implementer who has lead teams to exceed expectations
