Description
- To collect outstanding debts due as per Credit Control Policy
Duties
- Scrutinize accounts for disconnection as per credit control policy
- Ensure reconnections are executed as per credit control policy
- Client service and credit control
- Quality Assurance
- Prepare and dispatch final notice on active accounts
- Negotiate deferments on default accounts
- Coordination of the work/activities of Disconnection officers
- General Administration
Requisites
- Grade 12 (with 20 points /5 subject in 5 subject with a E symbol in English) with two (2) years credit control/debt management and collection experience
