RMB is recruiting a Dealer (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To facilitate bespoke Forex and Money Market transactions for corporate and commercial clients, as well as providing market information to clients
Duties
- Grow the desks profitability by achieving the forex and Money Market sales targets and provide expertise advise to the clients to grow the portfolio
- Achieve sales targets in line with performance scorecards and achieve an acceptable cost of sales ratio by providing appropriate banking solutions across the business to prospective clients
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
- Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
- Manages risks in own area of responsibility
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
Requisites
- Minimum Qualification - Bachelor of Commerce Degree ACI Dealing Certificate
- Preferred Qualification - CFA will be an advantage
- Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level
