O&L Fresh Produce is recruiting a Debtors Controller (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To carry out debt collection tasks, such as calling clients to make payments on their accounts as debtors, to recover the company's obligations
Duties
- Debtors’ Administrative duties
- Processing of manual invoices and administration of the relevant accounts
- Prepare petty cash recon, after comparison has been performed with the balance on the system and the balance as per the physical count
- Record all inflow and outflow of cash as and when movement occurs
- Request payment remittance from customers and attend to customer’s queries
- Correct and accurate reconciliations of debtor accounts weekly/monthly
- Update and send weekly expected income to financial account for cashflow prediction
- Maintain accurate daily filing of relevant documentation
- Provide professional and excellent customer services (Internal & External)
- Execute any other duties as and when required
Requisites
- Grade 12 with a Basic Bookkeeping Diploma or Certificate
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar environment OR
- Grade 12 with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in debtors
- Experience in a FMCG environment will be an advantage
- SAP experience would be an advantage
