Description
- Coca-Cola Beverages Africa- Namibia requires the services of a Debtors Controller, Reporting to the Team Leader: Accounts Receivable
- The Debtors Controller will be required to ensure achievement of customer collection targets which is essential to the profitability of the company
- Manage overdue accounts, reduce the companies risk and minimize losses
Duties
- Debt collection
- Reconcile national accounts according to accounting system
- Inputs processing into SAP System
- Handling of customer queries
- General credit management duties and responsibilities
- Monitoring and controlling of 30 day national accounts
- Monthly reporting
Requisites
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- At least minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a debtors function – preferably within the FMCG industry
- Have strong communication skills
- Customer service orientated
- Strong team player
- Able and willing to work overtime, when required
