Roads Authority is recruiting a Divisional Manager: Human Capital, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To provide strategic HR leadership for the HR function
  • To direct and influence the development and consistent implementation of human resources strategies, policies and practices to support and achieve corporate business objectives
  • To direct and influence the development, implementation and coordination of Human Resources programs covering employment, placement, orientation, training, employee relations, remuneration, organizational development, safety & wellness, benefits and employee services
  • Patterson Job Grade E1
  • Five (5) Years Fixed Term Contract
Duties
  • Direction of the operations of Human Resources function
  • Facilitation of development and implementation of HR Strategy
  • Management of HR management strategy
  • Management of Human Resources functional
  • Management of a Divisional Budget
  • Direction of development of policies and procedures
  • Supporting the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy
  • Direction of the implementation of performance management system and alignment with strategy
Requisites
  • Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or equivalent qualification
  • A postgraduate qualification at (NQF level 8), specializing in Management, Business, Leadership will be an added advantage
  • Minimum ten (10) years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Management discipline of which 5 years are at management level
  • Code B driving license
