Description
- To plan, coordinate and drive implementation of various activities aligned to the O&L Group Culture and Employee Engagement Strategies across Hangana Seafood, to support and create a wholistic, meaningful employment experience
Duties
- Execution of Culture & Employee Engagement Strategy
- Drive Employee Engagement activities
- Drive employee survey initiatives and perform all related administrative and logistical duties
- Create & facilitate business communications
- Report on Culture & EE interventions conducted
- Drive employee recognition programs
Requisites
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in Communications and Engagement
