RMB is recruiting a Foreign Exchange Consultant (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To provide a face-to-face foreign exchange service to clients
- Builds and maintain customer relationships and ensure cross selling
- Enhances customer service and meeting required needs
- Ensures compliance to Golden Rules and all applicable procedures, rules, laws and regulations to manage risk
- Ensures compliance with Forex procedures/processes
- Ensures that all transactions are processed accurately, timeously and correctly
- Ensures that all suspicious transactions are reported to Branch Management
- Communicates and explains transactions clearly and coherently to both internal and external customers
- Meets specific performance and team targets
- Ensures prompt query resolution
- Maintains an excellent level of service and advice to customers and other branches
- Ensures good general administration and filing
Requisites
- Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification
- 3 to 4 years experience
