- About the Employer, The Namibia Savings and Investment Association (NaSIA) is a non-profit association incorporated under section 21 of the Companies Act, 28 of 2004 which represents its members, financial institutions in Namibia
- Are you passionate about gaining exposure in the Savings and Investments Industry?
- NaSIA is looking for a fresh graduate to do a 3-month internship at the Secretariat
Duties
- Assisting with conducting research and analysis on current and future policies and regulations governing the non-banking financial institutions in Namibia
- Assisting with research on global best practice policies not yet operational in Namibia, determining their appropriateness to Namibia and where appropriate analyzing the adaptability of such policies to Namibia
- Assisting with drafting reports and policy papers for review by the Senior Policy Analyst
- Drafting minutes for the NaSIA technical committees when required from time to time
- Assist with preparing and developing content for the NaSIA monthly newsletter
Requisites
- A bachelor’s degree in the following fields (in order of preference):
- BCom (Law); or
- B Com (Economics and Investments); or
- Any investment-related field
