FNB Namibia is recruiting a Fulfilment Administrator, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Provide dependable and efficient administrative support to help maintain smooth daily operations within the assigned functional area
Duties
- To provide support to the Commerial Clients for opening and maintenance of client accounts and mandates
- Maintenance and updating of client mandates including account signatories, resolutions and Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Maintains control over the flow of original documents, adhering to laid down procedures
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise and influence
Requisites
- Have a relevant degree in Banking or relevant field
- Have 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar environment
