Pupkewitz MegaBuild is recruiting a Goods Return Clerk, to be based in Otjiwarongo, Namibia.
Duties
- Receive, process and finalize administration of all goods returned from customers
- Inspect returned stock to ensure it is not damaged or incomplete and still in its original packaging
- Generate tax credit notes
- Assist with telephone and all Helpdesk functions
Requisites
- Good administrative, time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be service oriented, with a high level of integrity
- Ability to handle high work pressure
- Good product knowledge and customer relations skills
