Nedbank is recruiting a Head: Client Solutions, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To identify opportunities and develop client value propositions that enable the acquisition of new and growth of existing markets in line with Bancassurance Strategic objectives, thus enhancing the brand and optimising revenue according to business objectives
  • Employing a customer centric approach to solutioning for the customer through an understanding of their needs and pain points
Duties
  • Client solutions development and roadmap:
  • Design, develop, and manage the implementation of targeted CVPs in order to achieve the necessary revenue and volume targets
  • Develop business cases to support the development of new or enhancements to existing client solutions, for approval through Nedbank and NNH structures, and have the necessary prioritisation
  • Ensure that all client solutions meet the reasonable expectations of the markets into which they are sold, and in doing so pursue the best outcomes
  • for treating customers fairly
  • Client solution performance, management and reporting:
  • Analyse and report on product performance, recommending changes as appropriate
  • Provide management information and reporting to support the head of the business
  • Support the sales team
  • Maintain product registers
  • Contribute effectively to the management of NNLA:
  • Actively contribute to the desired strategy of the business

Requisites
  • Competencies:
  • Strategy, planning and execution
  • Deep insurance experience and knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project Management exposure
  • Data Analytics and financial management
  • Essential Qualifications - NQF Level:
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
  • Key Requirements - Qualifications:
  • 1st Degrees (Bachelor of Commence/Finance or Product Management)
  • Post graduate qualification in any of the above will be an added advantage
  • Minimum Experience Level:
  • 3-6 years of managerial experience in the insurance industry, with specific focus on product management and development
