Description
- To manage both internal and external communication processes of NamWater in order to ensure a preferred cooperate image and a good rapport between NamWater, media houses, internal and external customers to obtain stakeholder satisfaction
Duties
- Promotion of Company Image and Brand Awareness
- Improvement of stakeholder satisfaction
- Establishment and Maintenance of Community Liaison
- Customer Care Interfaces Communication Management
- Divisional Operations Management
- Management of PR & Corporate Communications Assets
- Company Media Management
- Development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategy
- Corporate Events Management
- Legislative Compliance
- Develop & Implement Corporate Social Investment (CSI) Strategy
Requisites
- Honors’ Degree in Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing
- 10 years’ experience in Public Relations environment, of which 3 years at management level
- NQF Level 8
- Driver’s License Code B
