Description
- Provide operational and administrative support to Spa Manager, executes spa treatments and facilitates\co-ordinates therapist training sessions
Duties
- Expert in guest treatment and recommendation to guest needs
- Continues training with all staff members to ensure optimal guest satisfaction
- To achieve target for treatments and retail
- Regular stock takes
- Maintain relationship with suppliers and trainers
- Supervise Spa staff to understand departmental policies and procedures
- Constant Training of staff on a weekly basis
- Induction for new staff members
- Conduct interviews with Spa Manager & HR
- Familiarize with companies’ security protocols
Requisites
- ITEC or CIDESCO qualification in beauty\massage therapy
- 2 years’ supervisory experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or premium spa
- Spa Operational Systems Knowledge
- Spa training facilitation and coordination experience
- Multi-cultural work experience
- Diverse range of therapy techniques
- Computer Literacy: MS Office, MICROS (will be an added advantage)
