NAMFISA is recruiting a HR Business Partner: Employee Services, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • The purpose of this job is to partner with divisions to deliver HR services in line with the needs and priorities of the Authority, and to implement HR services initiatives, as well as guide, advise and support all staff in areas of responsibility
Duties
  • Ensure that the Recruitment and Selection process is completed as per laid down procedures
  • Responsible for the onboarding process and probation period management
  • Ensure that the Exit process is completed as per laid down procedures
  • Provide support and advice to all employees on Disciplinary and Grievance procedures
  • Act as Secretary to meetings between NAMFISA management and NAFINU Workplace Representatives
  • Identify Wellness activities to develop the annual Employee Wellness Plan (EWP)
  • Coordinate the implementation of the annual EWP
  • Act as Health & Safety coordinator and facilitate all related activities whilst ensuring compliance to legal requirements
  • Conduct regular meetings with Health and Safety Representatives and allow for feedback on Health and Safety inspections
  • Build and maintain productive client and staff relationships
  • Provide input into policies and procedures under review for submission to the Manager: Human Resources
  • Compile periodic reports on all functions/activities for areas of responsibility
Requisites
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
  • Five (5) years’ relevant HR experience
  • Must have experience in Recruitment, Wellness, Health & Safety
  • Knowledge of:
