- Methealth Namibia Administrators seeks the service of Interns
- The Internship Program is linked to our digital transformation focus, addressing scarce skills and feeding into our pipeline of high caliber talent
- The program will be a mentorship, training and opportunities to innovate within all aspects of the Information System Department
Duties
- The program will provide the graduate with exposure to top skills through rotations in the Information Systems team
- Included in the program will be, mentorship, training and opportunities to innovate
- Based on successful evaluations, the program may transit into a graduate program or full-time employment
Requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Informatics
- Grade 12 with 25 IGCSE points or equivalent
- Academic excellence
- Namibian Citizenship
- Must be passionate about learning and growing in a high-performance culture
- An Interest in a career in Medical Aid Industry/Financial Services
- Competencies:
- High levels of personal ethics, integrity, and emotional maturity
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-driven, an ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Excellent time management skills for a very deadline driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
