FNB Namibia is recruiting an IT Business Analyst, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To translate business problems and deliver business value by effectively eliciting, analysing, documenting and verifying business opportunities, problems and requirements in order to implement appropriate solutions which will meet the business objectives
Duties
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities and facilitate implementation
- Facilitate and coordinate the end to end implementation of prioritized and approved projects
- Assess, analyze and optimize end-to end business processes to improve business efficiencies, customer/employee experience and remove inefficient processes to meet new requirements
Requisites
- Have a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems/Computer Science/Information Technology
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years at a junior specialist level
