TeSik Group is recruiting a Leads Manager (m/f), in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • Report to: The Members
  • Location: HQ - Windhoek (travelling to Swakopmund once in a while)
  • Contract Duration: One (1) year, renewable
  • Remuneration: Cost & Commission Based
  • The Leads Manager is responsible for acquisition of new customers, selling to existing customers, and creating a market brand
  • The Company is a precast manufacturing business located in Swakopmund and Windhoek, Namibia but has other subsidiaries under the TeSik Group in the built environment Consultancy services, renewable energy and alternative building material supply and fit
  • That said, the Businesses are all start-ups, consequently you will be expected to perform more than one task i.e. Business Development/Marketing, Leads Database Management and Administrative duties
  • TeSik Group consist of four (4) subsidiaries, for now, namely:
  • TeSik Decking is a pre-cast manufacturing business located in Swakopmund, Namibia (to relocate to Windhoek Q1/Q2)
  • TeSik Distributors is the approved agent for distributing Geoplast products
  • TeSik Project Consultants offers Engineering and Project Management services. TPC is also majority shareholder in a Rail Consulting company called RCE consulting Namibia
  • TeSik Group, through its founders, also holds majority stake of AIJCEIM (AIJ Consulting Engineers & Infrastructure Managers)
  • TeSik Group also has interests in property development and renewable energy
Scope
  • The Leads Manager reports to the Members and is responsible for, but not limited to, assisting with engaging potential Clients and obtaining information for quotations and proposals to be prepared, closing projects while interfacing with the Factory Staff, Engineers, Architects, Contractors, formwork installation teams and Clients, actively marketing TeSik Decking & TeSik Distributors products to new potential clients, providing assistance to the Members and developing projects and proposals by engaging appointed professionals and local authorities
  • At TeSik we believe that one must not know everything but must at all times be willing to learn something new to grow and make the business as efficient as possible
Duties
  • Hold Instructional Demonstrations
  • Support Sales and Marketing Efforts
  • Identifying and establishing new business connections and organizing sales visits
  • Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via Zoom, face to face meetings or hard-copy
  • Develop and Manage communication with the TeSik Group Client Database using tools such as Mailchimp
  • Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into solid sales opportunities
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
  • Assess and analyses a prospect’s current process and requirements
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about TeSik Group’s value proposition to potential Clients
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Specifying Dynamics Database
  • Develop a strong knowledge of TeSik Group’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
  • Understand how the benefits of TeSik Group’s products and services can meet Client’s needs in various business verticals
  • Represent TeSik Group at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues
  • Prepare social media posts for public holidays and other special days such as New Years, Christmas, Father’s & Mother’s Day etc
Requisites
  • Grade 12, with knowledge in built environment
  • Marketing experience in the building industry will be an advantage but NOT compulsory
  • Knowledge of CRM system, i.e Microsoft Dynamics, Sage CRM or similar
  • 1 to 2 years Sales experience
  • Sales experience in construction industry would be an added advantage
  • Driver's License is compulsory and must have own reliable transport
