FNB Namibia is recruiting a Leverage Finance Manager (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To develop a comprehensive lending strategy aligned to Segment strategic objectives in area of responsibility to proactively acquire new clients and develop, maintain and expand existing client portfolios
Duties
- Translate business strategy into actionable goals and execute relevant projects and initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress and ensure execution
- Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives
- Provide accurate and meaningful information on specialized lending products to internal customers
- Grow market share and achieve revenue target from existing and new clients
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
- Manages risks in own area of responsibility
Requisites
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Post Graduate Degree in Finance or Economics or Accounting
- Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
