FNB Namibia is recruiting a Leverage Finance Manager, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To develop a comprehensive lending strategy aligned to Segment strategic objectives in area of responsibility to proactively acquire new clients and develop, maintain and expand existing client portfolios
Duties
- Analyze and assesses credit and risk, structuring debt and communicate with clients
- Lead internal deal processes for Credit which includes performing business, financial and legal diligence
- Assist in the origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions for domestic and foreign, and public and private entities
- Lead leveraged finance transactions as the "deal sponsor" and manage the credit underwriting approval process
- Prepare portfolio reports and assist with analysis on investment opportunities for the Leveraged Finance Team
Requisites
- Relevant Business Degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar environment if which 2-3 years ideally on junior specialist level
